scratches can be hot repaired on formaldehyde PETG board. The process is as follows:
the petg raw material produce out by extrusion equipment ,shape can be film or sheet. when the petg sheet/film produce out, then do coat onto the surface, after do the coating onto the petg film / sheet, the petg sheet/film with many advantages: scratches resistence, eco-friendly , no formaldehyde, if have mirc scratches which can be hot repair.
The petg film/sheet which can be laminate onto different substrate board : MDF board, plywood board, PVC foam board, aluminum honey board, OSB board , after the film laminate onto board, which can be use to kitcehn cabinets, wall panel, furniture , doors, wardrobe, ect .
The petg film size : 1250x0.35mm, 1250x0.45mm, 1250x0.5mm, one roll 250 meters
The petg sheet size : 1220x2440x0.8mm, or 1220x2745mm
